I originally bought 2 bottles of this product. 1 for my workout buddy and 1 for myself.

After using it for now going on 5 weeks, I can honestly say that this product works very well. I first tried this product by itself for 4 weeks. This resulted in intense workouts that lasted well over 1 and a half hours. I also noticed that my reps on every exercise went up, especially body weight exercises like pull ups and dips.

Now I don't know if its the spray or my mind, but I can tell you this, when your pull ups go from 4 sets of 12 to 4 sets of 15 with 15 pounds of extra weight strapped to you, somethings gotta be happening.

After the 4th week I started adding in another product to boost the effects of the spray and the results only got better.
