Why should I use Seredyn?

Worry dominates your life. You try to control your anxiety, but it often ends up controlling you. Restlessness and irritation prevent you from enjoying your day and insomnia won't let you sleep at night. But now there is hope. With Seredyn you can face every day with a calm and confident outlook. The serenity of Seredyn is achieved by combining the wisdom of nature with the power of science. Clinical research suggests that the natural compounds in Seredyn can help relieve anxiety, insomnia and panic attacks. It is a natural anxiety remedy that supports the brain's natural ability to relax.  Seredyn restores tranquility to your life without expensive or habit-forming drugs.

Are the ingredients in Seredyn effective?

The natural ingredients in Seredyn provide fast-acting, long-lasting anxiety relief. Clinical research suggests that the natural ingredients in Seredyn's proprietary formula promote relaxation, reduce worry, and relieve irritability and tension. Up to 93% of Seredyn users report positive results. Take Seredyn every day for chronic anxiety or 'as needed' for occasional anxiety or panic attacks. The natural ingredients in Seredyn affect the 'circuits' in the brain responsible for mood, emotion and relaxation. This natural anxiety remedy interacts with your brain’s emotional pathways.  Seredyn reduces anxiety and supports a calm and confident outlook.

The amino acid in Seredyn, L-theanine, increases the activity of a neurotransmitter called GABA. (A neurotransmitter is a natural compound used by the brain to send messages from one nerve cell to another.) Anxiety and panic attacks often result from low levels of GABA. By naturally increasing the activity of GABA in the brain, l-theanine promotes a sense of tranquility and relieves anxiety. Furthermore, l-theanine increases the activity of another neurotransmitter, dopamine, which promotes concentration and confidence. Thus, l-theanine calms without causing drowsiness or sedation.

Interestingly, the relaxing and focusing effects of green tea result from its high l-theanine content. Another ingredient in Seredyn, Valerian extract, has been used as an anti-anxiety remedy for centuries and has been clinically shown to relieve anxiety-related insomnia. Valerian reduces anxiety by interacting with a neurotransmitter called adenosine, a natural chemical messenger used by the brain to regulate arousal and reduce overstimulation. Recent research suggests that certain constituents of Valerian extract bind to and activate adenosine receptors in the brain. Adenosine provides a calming effect and helps regulate sleep patterns, and by increasing adenosine activity Valerian produces these same relaxing feelings. (Note that caffeine works by blocking adenosine receptors, which is why too much coffee may produce anxiety and 'the jitters'.) Research also suggests that Valerian may increase the activity of GABA, a neurotransmitter that relieves anxiety and promotes a cool, confident attitude. Seredyn contains high-quality Valerian extract standardized to 0.8% valerinic acid, the clinically proven potency.

Clinical research suggests that the third ingredient in Seredyn, Passion Flower extract, relieves anxiety as effectively as some prescription anti-anxiety medications. A combination of Passion Flower and Valerian, found in this natural anxiety remedy may be particularly effective. Studies also demonstrate that Passion Flower reduces the negative, anxiety-related symptoms of withdrawal from alcohol, opiates, and benzodiazepine anti-anxiety drugs. This makes Passion Flower ideal for individuals trying to reduce their dependence on alcohol or prescription anti-anxiety medications. Although the exact mechanism of Passion Flower is unknown, its primary effect is to quiet the restless mind. The Passion Flower extract found in Seredyn is standardized to contain 4% vitexin.

Is Seredyn safe?

Unlike many anti-anxiety drugs, the natural ingredients in this natural anxiety remedy are not addictive or habit-forming. You don't have to worry about becoming dependent on eredyn or experiencing uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms if you decide to stop taking it. Seredyn helps you relax in as little as fifteen minutes and continues working for up to eight hours. Seredyn calms more quickly when taken on an empty stomach, but it remains effective when taken with food. (Expect relief in 15-30 minutes on an empty stomach and 30-60 minutes on a full stomach.)

For chronic anxiety and worry: Take one or two capsules of Seredyn up to three times daily. For panic attacks, acute anxiety and intense stress: Take 1-3 capsules as needed.

Do not exceed three capsules at once or six capsules daily. When taken as directed, Seredyn is not addictive or habit-forming.

Why sleep is so important.

We all know that getting a good night’s sleep is important, but just how important is it? Well, according to Dr. David F. Dinges of the Division of Sleep and Chronobiology and Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, the first signs of lack of sleep are irritability and moodiness. If the person continues to not get enough rest, they will eventually start to experience apathy, slowed speech and flattened emotional responses, impaired memory, and an inability to be novel or to multitask. If you still do not take notice and get some shut eye, then what comes next can be physically disastrous. As you near the point of falling asleep on your feet, you will experience micro-sleeps of approximately 5 to 10 seconds. Those seconds mean that you can nod off while driving or doing other dangerous activities and drastically increase the risk of getting into an accident and harming yourself or another person.
